Kitson Harvey over at Duke City Fix has the scoop on Michael Padilla, who is challenging three-term State Senator Linda Lopez. Turns out that Padilla, who was Mayor Martin Chavez's hand-picked choice to address the tragic foul-ups at APD's 911 center, was recently forced to leave the City after an investigation found he made insulting remarks toward women and repeatedly asked a dispatcher out on dates.
